Don’t miss these lovely Istria places. Brijuni – the only national park in Istria. Starting point – Fazana.
There you will find sanisio shop, in the old town, at the Parish market under the arcade of the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
And don’t forget your camera, it’s the best photo point in the old town 😉

Madonetta

You can find us at several places, depending on the period of the year. Although we are in the workshop almost daily, it is better to look for us on our point of sale in the old town of Fazana.
Just at the Parish market, under the arcade of the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel from the 14th century (note: local people call it Madonetta).

During the period from May 1st to September 30th every day, from morning until late evening, here you can see the full range of sanisio products and different details for home.

During the autumn, winter and spring period you can find us at the same place during weekends if weather conditions permit. In the days when our sale point is open so is the church and you are welcome to have a look around and light a candle.

About Fazana

Fazana is one of Istria places to visit. A picturesque fishing village near Pula, for many visitors starting point to the only national park in Istria, Brijuni islands.

But do not let your visit to this special place end here. While most visitors stay on the waterfront the truth is that you do not need much time to take a walk and enjoy the harmony of the old town and its small streets. For those who like to walk or pedal, we recommend the old road leading to Vodnjan with beautiful oliveyards, and for those who prefer to walk along the coast and the sea doesn’t matter which way you go, you will be accompanied by the magnificent view of the Brijuni archipelago.

In the summer Fazana doesn’t lack all kind of events, our favorites are the School of salting pilchard and various culinary events. More about the offer can be found on the website of the Tourist Board of Fazana, www.infofazana.hr.

Brijuni national park

One of the nicest Istria places to visit – Brijuni – are famous thanks to ex Yugoslavian leader Josip Broz Tito, as one of his many residences.

They are our eternal source of inspiration thanks to their incredible richness of Mediterranean vegetation and preserved nature.

Black holm oak, which we love so much, on these islands has truly respectable specimens whose wonderful crowns are a recognizable sight of these islands. From the heart we recommend to enjoy the magic of this amazing archipelago.

All the necessary information can be found on the website of the national park, www.np-brijuni.hr/en.
