Payment & Delivery

We offer several ways to pay your order:

CASH TRANSACTION. By order money or Internet banking. Time limit to make the payment is 5 working days and we send the order after the amount is visible on our account. During this period the selected product is standing reserved and if the payment is not confirmed within this period, the product will be back in offer on our web shop.

PAYPAL SERVICE. PayPal currently does not accept payment in croatian currency Kuna (HRK) therefore the purchase price will be charged in Euros (EUR). Note that charging debit and credit cards in Kuna (HRK) you may experience significant foreign exchange losses. SM DESIGN is not responsible, not bear the costs, of conversion from EUR to HRK or vice versa that PayPal charges its customers.

You wont have to wait long to receive our products. Products listed on our web shop and on regular sale are sent on weekly basis.

For products that are made according to the specifications or are specially tailored for the consumer the merchant will inform about the time required for the production and delivery.

Shipping is done via HP – Hrvatska pošta d.d. (Croatian National Post). You can expect your order to arrive in about 5 working days for Croatia and average 10 working days for international shipment from the day of the purchase. At the request of the customer, the products can be sent by another delivery service. In this case please contact us to arrange all the details.
